Traxon warrants its Products against material or workmanship defects for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase provided that the purchased items are used under conditions stated in respective user manuals. Proof of purchase is necessary upon making warranty claim.

1	Warranty of the Product purchased begins from the date the Product is installed/purchased, or from date appearing on sales invoice, whichever comes sooner.
2	The warranty shall cover defects that are attributed to cause(s) due to material and/or manufacturing fault identified during the warranty period.
3	Warranty shall be void should one or more of the following conditions happen:
	3.1	Defect is found caused by misuse, abuse, improper handling, improper installation incurred by the user/installer,
	3.2	Product is left operating in conditions/requirements other than those mentioned in respective product brochures or user manuals,
	3.3	Original identification information of the Product has been altered, obliterated, or removed,
	3.4	The Product has been serviced by personnel not authorized by Traxon.
4	Warranty does not cover:
	4.1	normal wear and tear of components in use in accordance with operating condition,
	4.2	natural degrade and color shift of LEDs in the course of normal operation of the Product,
	4.3	Slight deviations from the specified quality that do not affect the value and functionality of the tool.
5	Defects confirmed as being covered by the warranty shall be corrected either by means of repair of the faulty Product or, subject to availability, by replacement with a working piece of the same model, or a later model.  Traxon does not guarantee that the repaired/replaced Product shall work in the same condition (in terms of color-brightness and evenness in particular) as the outgoing one.
